Established in 1843, Bagenalstown Cricket Club is Ireland’s oldest parochial club. Set in the idyllic McGrath Park in Bagenalstown, the club celebrated its 175th anniversary in 2018. A friendly and inclusive club, they have a strong core of Irish members however they are proud to have players from all over the world in their ranks.
The club has three teams in the Leinster Cricket Union and in recent years they have been promoted six times and won two Leinster cups. They are a traditional old club with a devilish natural strip that tests batsmen and bowlers alike.
New members are always welcome.
